About this event

Join other colleagues at our last JLNE event for 2021 to self-reflect on this year, discover tips on overcoming imposter syndrome and addressing professional barriers.

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

Why attend?

We are pleased to have Diana Caddle - Director, Social Value and Corporate Social Responsibility in Ministry of Justice along with Hannah O’Sullivan and Leah Clarkson from the Gender Equality Network in the Home Office share their insights with us.

What is Imposter Syndrome?

Have you ever felt ...

• Like you don’t deserve your success?

• That you’re out of your depth in your job?

• One day you’re going to be “found out” as a fraud?

If so, you may be suffering from imposter syndrome.

Imposter syndrome is the name given to the persistent feelings of self-doubt that many people experience, which may hold them back from achieving their full potential at work.

The session

• will give you the opportunity to understand more about imposter syndrome,

• provide you with some key tips on how to overcome the imposter chatter and

• explain the role of the organisation in tackling it.
